Stories, thoughts & insights on Jesus, college students, and the Bible; Los Angeles, immigration, politics, ethnicity and culture, and also about my daughter Isabel - from a spanglish gringo father living in, learning from, leading & loving life in East L.A.

Love it! I'll try to remember it the next time I see a nino with a chupon.
It's such a relief to see someone freely expressing themselves in Spanglish. My daughter is taking Spanish II in high school, and can't stand it when I massacre the language. (I call it Fauxspanol.) I speak French, English and HTML, so my Spanish is el stinko.
Take care!
