Oh how I wish I could count sitting as exercise. I would be the healthiest woman in the world. I am so happy to see Isa doing so much. It is great to see her lifting with so much ease and to see her improving. Thanks for the pics, they are so cute.
and….Oh,yeah, sharing is a good thing. I’m glad she changed her mind about sharing
