Friday foto fix

Yes, that’s Isabel hiding behind the pompom during her home vision therapy

We told you it would have her name on it…

We picked up the wheelchair for Isabel last week.
She is slowly adjusting to it, and so are we…

It does help provide a more supported sitting environment

We’re still adjusting - mentally, physically, emotionally - to having a wheelchair for Isa. It definitely serves a helpful purpose for her at this stage, though we also pray that this is her last, not her 1st, wheelchair.

Two beauties. Even via adoption, I don’t think the apple falls far from the tree.

Post-shower: its a baby bear, I mean, little Isa

OK, this might look like just another kid with food on her face…/span>

…which is true, she is a very cute kid and yes, food is covering her face, but…

…the photos are from her therapy & capture some of the great strides Isa is making in her oral-motor skill development…

…which not only means she is able to eat more, but is close to learning how to drink from a cup

All of this makes her - and us - very excited.

i think it’s the angle of the photo, but that pom pom looks like a big monster.

I wish you could see the expression I think is on my face when I scrutinize each and every photo! The progress in development that is evident month-to-month is remarkable and heartening. What a charmer you have as a daughter (and as a wife)!
Thank you, so much, for continuing to share.
